The Originale Pinsa Romana Japan Association was established to protect, promote, and correctly transmit the authentic culture of Pinsa Romana in Japan and Asia.
Our mission is to ensure that Pinsa Romana is produced, handled, and served according to its original principles, respecting the ingredients, methods, and technical standards defined by its inventor.
Through certification, education, and quality control, the Association supports restaurants, professionals, and partners in delivering a product that is consistent, digestible, and faithful to its origin.

Pinsa Romana
Pinsa Romana is a modern Italian baked product, developed in 2001, characterized by a specific blend of flours, long fermentation, and a unique balance of lightness, crispness, and digestibility.
